কোর্সে প্রবেশ, আপনার কাজ সেভ রাখা, Feedback ও অগ্রগতি দেখানো এবং সহায়তা দেওয়ার জন্য account ও চর্চার তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। Circle-এ যা পোস্ট করেন, তা ওই বিভাগের দর্শকেরা দেখতে পারেন। Public Spotlight-এ প্রকাশের জন্য আলাদা অনুমতি লাগে; সেই অনুমতি ফিরিয়ে নিতে পারবেন।

তথ্য দেখা, সংশোধন বা মুছে দেওয়ার অনুরোধ account-এর ইমেইল থেকে নিচের ঠিকানায় পাঠান। অনুরোধটি যাচাই করা হতে পারে। নিরাপত্তা, আইনগত প্রয়োজন বা backup-এর কারণে সব কপি সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মুছে যায় না। বিস্তারিত নীতি নিচে আছে।

Information we handle

• Account and access: your name, email, profile photo if provided, enrollment, and account or device information used to sign you in and protect access.
• Learning: answers, writing, submitted speaking recordings, practice history, feedback and progress.
• Circle: profile details, posts, clips, audio, replies, reactions, saved items, group activity, room details and safety reports you submit.
• Service operation: session cookies and technical records needed to maintain the service, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide course access, save your work, show feedback and progress, operate Circle, support students and keep the service safe. Information you post in Circle is shown to the audience of that feature. Public Spotlight publication requires your explicit consent; you can withdraw that consent.

Google Meet and Speaking Rooms

Speaking Rooms uses a Roadmap organizer account to arrange Google Meet conversations. Students join a Meet link separately; they do not grant Roadmap access to their own Google accounts to use Speaking Rooms.

With the organizer’s permission, Roadmap accesses the organizer’s Google account email to verify the connection and Google Meet data for meeting spaces created by this app. We use meeting links, space and conference identifiers, session start and end times, and available current participant counts to operate rooms and their approximately 55-minute sessions.

To calculate a count, the server may process Google’s participant resource identifiers. It does not request participant names or email addresses for this purpose, and the room system stores the count rather than a participant directory. Counts can be unavailable or delayed.

Organizer authorization credentials are kept on the server and are used to maintain that connection. Roadmap does not record these calls or receive their audio or video through this integration. Google handles the call under Google’s Privacy Policy. Other participants can see or hear what you share in the call.

Google user data obtained through this integration is used to provide Speaking Rooms, not to serve advertising or train general-purpose AI models. IELTS Roadmap’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and access

We use infrastructure providers to host the application, authenticate accounts, store data and deliver media, including Vercel, Supabase and Cloudflare. Where an enabled learning feature provides AI feedback, submitted work needed for that feedback may be processed by Google or OpenAI. This is separate from Google Meet data; Speaking Rooms does not send call media to these feedback systems.

Authorized staff can access information needed for support, teaching, moderation and service operation. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to address misuse or protect people and the service.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information for the purposes described here, including providing your learning history, operating the service, resolving support issues and protecting account security. Some records may remain in backups or be retained where needed for security or legal obligations. This policy does not promise immediate removal from every backup.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email ieltsroadmapbd@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify the request before acting. Room expiry ends the room’s availability; it does not automatically delete all room records or Google’s records.

The organizer can revoke Roadmap’s connection through Google account connections and contact us to remove the stored authorization credentials and associated organizer data. Revoking access stops Roadmap from managing rooms through that connection.
